Coffee TAB set to open at Vulcan Real Estate site in Seattle this summer
The new coffee shop will occupy a northeast corner storefront at 23rd & Jackson and aims to expand its apprenticeship program in Seattle’s Central Area.
Vulcan Real Estate said Coffee TAB, a nonprofit coffee shop and workforce development program, will open this summer at its property at 23rd & Jackson in Seattle’s Central Area.
The new location is expected to activate the northeast corner storefront at 23rd & Jackson, joining Coffee TAB sites in Belltown and Pioneer Square.
Coffee TAB will offer an apprenticeship program designed to build skills through hands-on experience in areas including customer service, coffee preparation, workplace communication, and professional responsibility.
Vulcan has invested $6.5 billion since 2000 in 52 projects totaling 10.3 million square feet of commercial space and 4,250 residential units, with 60% of those development projects located in South Lake Union, according to the announcement.
