Worth & Associates acquired The Commons at Concord Park, a four-building office campus totaling 108,116 square feet at 300 E. Sonterra Blvd in San Antonio’s Stone Oak submarket, according to ConnectCRE.

The purchase adds to the firm’s owned portfolio, bringing total owned space to 3 million square feet. The campus currently has 17,131 square feet of available space for lease, with suites sized from 1,254 to 9,790 square feet.

ConnectCRE reports the property is 85% occupied and includes a mix of single-story and two-story office buildings designed for a range of professional users. The tenant mix spans businesses in construction, logistics, medical research, healthcare, and physical therapy.

Following the acquisition, Worth & Associates immediately assumed leasing and management, and it plans to make several capital improvements to the property.
