Treeswift leases full floor at 256 W. 38th St for New York HQ
The Philadelphia-based AI infrastructure company signed a four-year lease covering 7,487 square feet, with an August move-in planned.
ConnectCRE reports that Treeswift Inc., an AI-powered infrastructure technology company that supports electric utilities, is relocating its New York headquarters to 256 W. 38th St in Midtown Manhattan after signing a four-year, full-floor lease.
The new space totals 7,487 square feet, and Treeswift is expected to move into the headquarters in August, according to the report.
Representing Treeswift was Daniel Rodriguez of Buchbinder Warren LLC, while Lee NYC and the landlord, Hakimian Organization, were represented by Todd Korren and Noah Caspi.
The company develops AI-powered software, LiDAR and sensor technology used for electric utility field data, including infrastructure inspections, vegetation management, construction planning, wildfire mitigation and storm response.
