Egeria acquires 93-unit Fenway apartment portfolio for $37.5M
The purchase covers two four-story buildings at 11-19 Peterborough St. and 19 Queensberry St., with the buyer stepping into a Fenway submarket showing a 3.7% vacancy rate as of the second quarter.
An entity linked to investment firm Egeria Group has acquired a 93-unit apartment portfolio in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood for $37.5 million, according to public records cited by Bisnow.
The deal involves two four-story buildings at 11-19 Peterborough St. and 19 Queensberry St., with amenities including a laundry room, private patios, storage space, bike storage, and package lockers.
Boston Realty Advisors brokers Jason Weissman and Kevin Benzinger worked on the transaction, and Benzinger described the properties as long-term assets in a high-barrier Fenway market with limited comparable inventory.
Bisnow also noted that Fenway has drawn investor interest because of low vacancy and constrained supply, with a 3.7% vacancy rate recorded as of the second quarter, and roughly 432 units under construction.
