Rockland Trust finances acquisition of Indian Pond Country Club
The golf club in Kingston, Massachusetts, is reported to have sold for $12 million, and Indian Pond’s management team will continue daily operations.
Rockland Trust financed the acquisition of Indian Pond Country Club (IPCC), a private championship golf club in Kingston, Massachusetts, ConnectCRE reports. The buyer is Bobby Palma, a Kingston native and long time IPCC member who runs businesses in the South Shore region.
ConnectCRE says the Boston Business Journal reported the sale price at $12 million. Palma is described as viewing the club as both a personal honor and a significant responsibility to the community.
The property is set among wooded conservation land and the Indian Pond Estates residential community. ConnectCRE adds that Indian Pond’s experienced management team will continue overseeing daily operations across golf, dining, events, and facilities.
