American Healthcare REIT appoints Jeff Hanson CEO, Gabe Willhite president
Jeff Hanson moves from interim CEO to CEO after taking over in February, when Danny Prosky began a medical leave of absence.
American Healthcare REIT, Inc. (NYSE: AHR) announced leadership changes across its top executives, with Jeff Hanson named chief executive officer while continuing as chairman of the board.
The REIT also elevated Gabe Willhite to president in addition to his ongoing role as chief operating officer, while Danny Prosky retired from his executive role. Prosky will continue serving as a member of the board and as an advisor to management.
Nareit noted that Hanson had served as interim CEO since February, when Prosky began a medical leave of absence following a serious health event.
Alongside the AHR updates, Nareit’s monthly roundup highlighted other REIT-related appointments, including Camden Property Trust naming Kevin Necas senior vice president and chief accounting officer, and Centerspace promoting Steven Vargas to senior vice president of operations.
