Bluegrass Realtors names Brendan Bailey CEO and Imagine MLS leader
Bailey takes the top role at the Lexington, Kentucky association after three years as CEO of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
HousingWire reports that Bluegrass Realtors has appointed Brendan Bailey as CEO in Lexington, Kentucky, bringing him in from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, where he served for the past three years.
Bailey will also lead Imagine MLS, the listing services operation that works across 38 counties in central and southeastern Kentucky.
Bluegrass Realtors said Bailey has more than a decade of Realtor association leadership and advocacy experience, including earlier CEO roles at the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley and other association leadership positions.
The association represents more than 4,000 real estate agents across 38 counties, including Fayette, Jessamine, Madison, Scott, Franklin, Pulaski and Laurel counties, while Imagine MLS provides listing services for the same region.
