CBRE arranges $147.5M financing for newly built Mountain View office

The non-recourse package combines senior debt with C-PACE financing to refinance existing obligations before the loan matures.

CBRE arranged $147.5 million in financing for 750 Moffett, a newly completed 221,788-square-foot, Class A office building in Mountain View, according to ConnectCRE.

The property is fully leased to an investment-grade technology tenant. CBRE Debt & Structured Finance team members Mike Walker, Brad Zampa and Andy Gross arranged the funding on behalf of Genesis Commercial Capital and JR-AMC.

The financing is non-recourse and combines senior debt with Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy, or C-PACE, to refinance existing debt ahead of loan maturity.

CBRE said the LEED Platinum-certified building is located near Moffett Park, within one of Silicon Valley’s innovation corridors, and that it reflects continued capital availability for high-quality office assets with strong tenancy as lenders maintain disciplined underwriting standards.
