Selerix Insurance Services to nearly double Plano HQ with lease expansion

The company will consolidate teams in a 28,000+ SF penthouse at One Legacy Circle starting in October.

Selerix Insurance Services has signed a long-term lease for a more than 28,000 square foot penthouse office at One Legacy Circle, 7500 Dallas Parkway in Plano, according to Bisnow.

The new space is expected to nearly double the size of Selerix’s headquarters and move its teams under one roof beginning in October, the outlet reported.

Bisnow said the company is consolidating offices in McKinney and a 15,000 square foot fifth-floor space at One Legacy Circle that it inherited in a 2025 merger with TBX Employee Benefits.

In the deal, Bisnow reported that Bradford Senior Vice President Jared Laake and representatives from Gildenson Real Estate worked with the landlord on relocating Selerix within the building, while Site Selection Group’s Alan Wood represented the company.
