Beck’s Furniture Rancho Cordova showroom listed for sale
The 208,800-square-foot campus, including about 90,000 square feet of showroom and 120,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space, is marketed by Cushman & Wakefield after the company closed its doors last year.
ConnectCRE says Beck’s Furniture’s longtime Rancho Cordova showroom has been listed for sale at 11840 Folsom Blvd. The property is a 208,800-square-foot campus that has primarily functioned as a warehouse and distribution center, with customers historically visiting to view chairs and sofas before buying.
The listing notes the site includes approximately 90,000 square feet of showroom space and about 120,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space. ConnectCRE also describes the asset as sitting on 10 acres along the Highway 50 corridor and serving as a well known furniture destination for nearly 50 years.
According to ConnectCRE, Beck’s Furniture closed its doors last year. Cushman & Wakefield has been exclusively retained to market the property on behalf of the seller, Beck’s Furniture & Sleep and Beckinger Family Ownership, with Morrow Botros, Bryce MacDonald, and Jay Hamer leading the effort.
ConnectCRE quoted Botros saying the campus has been one of the Sacramento region’s most recognizable commercial landmarks for nearly 50 years, highlighting the combination of institutional scale and community recognition.
