Coldwell Banker Real Estate names Lindsay Listanski CMO
Listanski will oversee national brand marketing, Coldwell Banker Realty marketing, and Coldwell Banker Commercial marketing, with the firm consolidating brand, brokerage, and commercial marketing teams under one leader.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate promoted Lindsay Listanski to chief marketing officer, uniting the brokerage’s brand, brokerage, and commercial marketing teams under a single leadership structure, according to HousingWire.
The company said it is consolidating marketing functions across its company-owned operations and franchise network to support a more integrated marketing strategy.
In the expanded role, Listanski will oversee national brand marketing, Coldwell Banker Realty marketing, and Coldwell Banker Commercial marketing. HousingWire also reports that she has spent more than 15 years with the Coldwell Banker brand and has previously led what the company describes as the largest field marketing organization in the industry.
Coldwell Banker said Brandon Newman will continue to oversee the brand’s visual standards, national advertising execution, and its Global Luxury program, reporting directly to Listanski. The company added that the combined marketing organization will focus on accelerating innovation, strengthening brand presence, and delivering greater value to its affiliated companies and agents.
