Phoenix-area medical office portfolio sells for $12.8 million
The three-building portfolio totals 98,500 square feet across Glendale, Phoenix, and Chandler.
A three-building medical office portfolio in the Phoenix Metro area has sold for $12.8 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The assets total 98,500 square feet and include a 35,000-square-foot two-story medical office building in Glendale at 5891 W. Eugie Ave, a 44,000-square-foot two-story medical office building in Phoenix at 2302 N. 75th Ave, and an 18,600-square-foot single-story medical office building in Chandler at 1717 W. Chandler Blvd.
ConnectCRE said the properties were sold by Evernorth Care Group, formerly operated as Cigna Medical Group.
ConnectCRE reported that MCR Companies acquired the portfolio in connection with a 1031 exchange, and that a Phoenix property was purchased by Empower College Prep.
