Synthesia signs 50,000 sq ft lease at 675 Avenue of the Americas
The new headquarters at GFP Real Estate’s Midtown tower will replace Synthesia’s current 13,600 sq ft space at 245 Fifth Avenue and nearly quadruple its New York office footprint.
Artificial intelligence video platform Synthesia has signed a 50,000-square-foot lease at GFP Real Estate’s 675 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown, according to Commercial Observer, citing tenant broker Lee & Associates.
Synthesia will relocate to the Flatiron District building between West 21st and West 22nd streets from the Moinian Group’s 245 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, where it previously leased 13,600 square feet in August 2025.
Commercial Observer reports the timing of the move is unclear, but Lee & Associates said the relocation will nearly quadruple Synthesia’s office space in New York City and support an expanded headcount.
The outlet also notes GFP said the new offices are intended to include meeting and collaboration areas, flexible event space, and a studio for customers to create custom avatars, run proof-of-concept work, and collaborate on video programs.
