Pantzer buys Avenue & Green for $79 million in Woodbridge, New Jersey
The 232-unit, transit-oriented property, completed in 2021, also includes 10,000 square feet of fully leased retail space.
JLL Capital Markets arranged the $79 million sale of Avenue & Green, a 232-unit transit-oriented luxury apartment community in Woodbridge, New Jersey, according to ConnectCRE.
The buyer, Pantzer, renamed the property The Point Woodbridge and it marks Pantzer’s second acquisition in the Tri-State area this year, after The Point Stamford in July.
ConnectCRE also said the property, completed in 2021, includes 10,000 square feet of fully leased retail space leased to LeGrand Coffee House, Wonder, and The UPS Store.
The outlet reported that JLL Capital Markets’ senior managing directors Jose Cruz, Mike Oliver, and Steve Simonelli, along with others, represented the seller, Prism Capital Partners and Northwestern Mutual.
